Professional Profile
Warwick is an accomplished strategy development specialist and management professional with expertise in executive coaching, facilitation, consulting, strategic planning, career counseling, Open Space Technology and change management.  He has more than 30 years experience working with staff, managers and owners in for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. He assists them to improve their performance and business results. He is a co-author of Partnership and Enterprise: Putting Porter into Practice.

Coaching and Career Counseling
Warwick has a passion for helping managers and employees achieve their personal career and business outcomes. This is accomplished by identifying and closing performance gaps. He uses coaching and assessment tools that systematically uncover a person's needs, desires and direction. He has led Leader Circle groups of Executive Directors that assist each member of the group to work though their individual issues and challenges. He has been personal coach at all organizational levels and a mentor to many.

Consulting and Management Experience
As an independent consultant and a member of a consulting firm, Warwick has worked with corporate, educational and not-for-profit clients. He co-founded and continues to be a member of New Zealand's first Virtual organization for consultants called the Virtual Group - Business Consultants. He has held the position of Chair and Director of various other companies. He brings extensive experience in management, strategic planning, leadership and workforce development. Warwick has worked or consulted in different countries including New Zealand, USA, Canada, Trinidad, and Switzerland.

Training and Facilitation
Warwick is a skilled facilitator, with both large and small groups.   He developed and delivered workshops including behavioral interviewing, teambuilding, communications, safety, and website development.  In addition to his instructor led training, he developed a webinar for American Society for Quality.

Education and Development
He has a Certificate in Business Administration from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, in Edmonton, Canada and a Mechanical Engineering Certificate from the Central Institute of Technology in New Zealand. His early training was with the Royal New Zealand Air Force in aircraft engineering.
