Deliverables:

Phase 1: Strategic Analysis

We confer with you and your fellow senior managers to ascertain the organization's strategic objectives, competitive challenges and performance measures that indicate that training may be required. With your guidance, InterLINK gains a solid understanding of your business and how you are currently developing the capabilities of your workforce.

Phase 2: Training Needs Assessment

The TrainingLINK™ process provides a thorough Training Needs Assessment to verify your training and development priorities. The survey is augmented by interviews with a sample of leaders and practitioners. Phase 2 also distinguishes between situations calling for training and those requiring other kinds of solutions. If available, we use your Leadership Competencies to determine the gaps between the demands of the job and current knowledge and skills.

Phase 3: Training & Development Plan

A Training & Development Plan is formulated based upon the results of Phases 1 and 2. It identifies target groups to be trained (e. g., new supervisors or customer service representatives), learning objectives, program specifications, and appropriate learning methods. It's a systematic approach that is linked to your strategic business goals.

Phase 4: Buy or Build Training & Development Resources

InterLINK will help you buy or build the development resources to address the priority training needs that you want to focus on first. Each level of TrainingLINK™ includes an allocation of time to select the best source (s) for your priority training programs. InterLINK will help you find an existing workshop or resource that fits OR, assist you to design and develop a program based on your unique needs and organizational realities.

Phase 5: Execution and Evaluation of the Training & Development Plan

Practical, performance enhancing training sessions that meet the outcomes that we've agreed to in advance are delivered at your workplace or another site convenient to you. All InterLINK training is highly interactive, based on the best practices of adult and management education. Evaluation occurs right after each program and then several months later to determine how the learning has been applied in the workplace.
