| Prior to his consulting career, Dick held managerial responsibilities in several leading corporations including, Eaton Corporation, Fisher Scientific International, EXXON and General Motors. His experience working and living abroad allows him to bring a global business perspective to his clients, one that produces comprehensive business solutions. Dick also served as dean or director of Executive Education at four respected business schools.the Donahue Graduate School of Business at Duquesne University, Babson College in Wellesley, MA., the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and the University of Pittsburgh's Katz Graduate School of Business. While at the Katz School, he introduced a new program for senior executives in rapidly growing small to medium sized companies that was rated the best resource of its kind in the region. The combination of consulting, corporate and academic experience enriches the portfolio of skills that Dick is able to apply to his clients' objectives. He is a member of the advisory board for the Pittsburgh Technology Council's Education Network and is past president of the Pittsburgh chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). He also served on the board of the Allegheny County Commission on Workforce Excellence. Dick possesses an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Geneva College, Master of Arts degree in Education from Michigan State University and is a graduate of the Institute for the Management of Lifelong Learning at Harvard University. He and his wife live in Squirrel Hill where they enjoy entertaining friends in their newly renovated home, walking, traveling, community service and spoiling a 4-year old grandson.
