As a Marketing & Business Systems Consultant, Karen has successfully developed and delivered customized marketing and product packaging programs to a variety of industries and services. Karen's extensive consulting background started with American Hospital Supply and Systems as Consulting Service Manager for the division's three product groups. Her perceptive approach to product development, strategic packaging and marketing improved the sales projections of new product releases by 30 to 60%. She developed a consulting program and process that doubled the number of site installations in 14 months.
As Marketing and Business Systems Manager for two national supply distributors and manufacturers, Karen has developed, packaged and implemented a Corporate Value-Added program. The program effectively used a business process optimization and ABC analysis to identify areas in the customer's operation for improved productivity and cost savings. A product line of business systems and services was then created to improve these identified areas. This marketing program was successfully implemented as a key account marketing strategy to secure multi-year, national contracts.
