Why Choose Interlink?

A Typical Engagement

First, we need to understand your underlying objectives.  We'll talk on the telephone or pay you a visit, and talk until we both feel that we understand your needs. We don't charge for these initial conversations. 

If these discussions work for both of us, we will confirm our understanding of the scope of work, the business reasons for doing it, the objectives, the responsibilities that both parties have, and the deliverables. Usually we will send you a short letter documenting this. This letter will specify our fee.

We'll start our engagement, working with the senior managers and staff that you identify.  (We always ask for personal involvement from senior managers.) We will plan the work and ask your approval of the plan. This plan will include several review points, so that we can remain certain that we are meeting your needs as we proceed. 

Throughout, we ask for your candid feedback.  We want this to work for your best interests, and we want to use you for a reference for other clients.

This is very simple: we jointly define the scope of work, the objectives, the responsibilities that both parties have, and the deliverables. If we don't meet our agreement, you don't pay us. Period.
