Hal Morgans

Hal Morgans has extensive experience in sales, marketing, channel distribution and senior level management prior to entering the world of consulting in 1996.

As a Managing Partner in InterLINK Management Consulting, Hal has used his expertise to solve problems or explore opportunities to successfully build businesses. His capabilities cover a wide variety of services including: strategic planning, customer service training, turn-around consulting, executive coaching, and sales administration programming. Hal is particularly valuable when meeting with the senior level management to ascertain the current diagnosis and develop the prescription needed for a profitable remedy.

Formerly, he was VP of Sales/Marketing for Suprex Corporation, a venture capital based high-tech manufacturer prior to it being acquired by ISCO. Hal directed a staff of technical sales specialists, customer service reps, product managers, service engineers, manufacturer rep agencies, and international dealer networks in Europe and Japan.

Hal began his twenty-one year career with Fisher Scientific in direct sales, which led to field sales management. He was promoted to Director of Marketing where he restructured three business units into one functional group and drove the implementation of a major high-tech instrumentation company acquisition.

Elected to Vice President, Hal managed the Eastern United States and had bottom line P&L responsibility. His accomplishments included development of a direct telemarketing program, completion of an effective corporate incentive strategy, and participated in the formation of a new medical business unit.

Hal earned a B.Sc. in Pre-Medicine at North Carolina State University, while on a football scholarship. He has successfully taught many professional management courses and seminars. He is currently on the advisory staff to the Graduate Business School at Carnegie Mellon University and serves on the Board of Directors for a local family owned business. Hal's hobbies include golf, coin collecting, trail biking, gardening, and his recent death wish…snow skiing.
